Mr. Spinosa began his career in 1957 as a teacher in the Los Angeles Unified School System. He Received his Doctorate in Education in 1976. His vast experience as a Teacher, Director and Principal brings a wealth of knowledge and experience which spans over 50 years. His many accomplishments include:

o      Past Chairman / Miller-Unrah Reading Specialist Committee
o      Past Chairman / District Textbook Evaluation Committee – Ethics Adoption
o      Past Chairman / Quality Education Committee
o      Past Chairman / Star Mathematics’ Program
o      Past Assistant Chairman / Area in-service Project RAHM.

Mr. Spinosa is a STMA Board Member and will oversee the areas of educational curriculum developed by STMA to counter act piracy in our youth.
